About Me

About Carolyn E. Cooper Communications

I am passionate about the Internet as the greatest communication tool since talking and about good design. And I love learning and teaching what I’ve learned. I also have a small group of associates who work with me when needed. We can help reach your communication and marketing goals within budget. We specialize in:

  • Online marketing education through seminar, webinars, on-site training, publications and presentations
  • CMS tutorials and training, particularly Wordpress
  • Web development guidance & project management
  • Social media marketing methods

I believe in using CSS design, W3C standards and technology that increases web site accessibility, improves search engine optimization and reduces maintenance costs. I provide you with the knowledge to make better decisions on where to invest your web development budget and what that budget may be.

I strongly advocate a Content Management System (CMS) based site, such as Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal, for most of my clients. I understand that web site management can be frustrating and costly when it’s an afterthought. Each client has unique needs and goals. I can help you determine what works best for your individual situation as well as design.

The Journey of a Thousand Miles Can Be a Lot Shorter With a Good Map

As my grandmother used to say, prior proper planning prevents poor performance. My goal is to help you with your prior proper planning by giving you the knowledge and tools you need to make better decisions — or find a better path for your journey.

Have Broadband, Will Travel

I’m nomadic by nature (it must be that bit of Viking in the DNA) and work throughout North America and world-wide.
