What Consumers Want and Entrepreneurs Need to Know

Joseph Pine gives a fascinating explanation of how and why our business models have changed at a rapidly increasing rate. This presentation reinforced my belief that a business that is fighting furiously to maintain its economic position is already mortally wounded and is actually fighting the change in its business model. Every entrepreneur and business person should watch this video, no matter what kind of business or what industry you are in. Then look around at note what businesses have become a commodity but don’t know it or want to accept it. Even tech is being affected daily.
